Maria and Mike Spink have devoted Colstrope Farm to preserving and enhancing biodiversity, habitat, wildlife and soil health, aided by regenerative farming methods using cattle.
A personal tour of the farm and dinner for two at The King's Cow in Skirmett, their farm-to-fork restaurant showcasing the best of the farm. The chef is Charlie Jeffreys, runner-up in MasterChef: The Professionals.
