Find out where AI can save your team time and money. Rob, co-founder of Rational Partners, will spend half a day with you and your team looking at how your business really works, then show you where AI can help first. You’ll leave with a short, clear list of things to try, in order of priority.

He was also CTO at Busuu, which had the biggest edtech exit in Europe. Today we work with Anthropic, the company behind Claude, on their forward-deployed engineering programmes. We also help founders, boards and investors with AI strategy and delivery.

On the day, we’ll look at how your people spend their time, which tasks AI could take on, and which tools suit your business. We’ll also point out the risks to watch, so you don’t waste money on the wrong thing. You’ll get a short written summary afterwards.

It suits any business with a team of about 5 to 200 people. No technical skills needed. The audit can be done online, and should be taken within six months of the auction.
